Justine on thrifted treasures, vintage films, and the art of embracing every mood.
There’s something special about things with history—movies made before the internet, clothes with a past life, vintage treasures. For Justine (she/her), it's not just nostalgia. It's about discovery. The thrill of finding something meaningful, something that still has life in it.
Observant, intentional, always curating—that’s the Virgo in her. One day, it’s sculpting moody clay figures, the next, it’s uncovering a forgotten thrift-store gem. And lately? It’s Little House on the Prairie. A sharp contrast to the bold mid-century design she loves, but that’s the balance—between sentimentality and edge, simplicity and self-expression.
"I love discovering old movies, music, and TV shows—things that were around and made life interesting before the internet and phones...like Taxi Driver, The Shining, The Godfather, Twilight Zone and Outer Limits along with songs by The Carpenters, Air Supply and ABBA."
Justine's love for the past doesn't stop her from chasing new experiences.
"I’m passionate about experiencing new things, thrift shopping, exploring the different parts of LA, --finding the perfect “spots”."

Dressing for Every Version of Herself
Style isn’t static—it shifts with the day, the mood, the moment. Some days, it’s about comfort—soft fabrics that move with ease. Others, it’s about confidence—pieces that make a statement.
"Depending on my mood, I like to wear the Modal Tucking Bikini Brief & Modal Scoop Bralette when I’m feeling like a homebody and just relaxing at home. When I’m feeling sexy and bold, the Gaff is my fave!"
It's all about wearing what feels right.
Curating, Creating, and Sharing
Whether she’s thrift shopping in LA, finding the perfect hidden spot, or experimenting in the kitchen, Justine moves through life with curiosity. Right now, she’s knitting with felt, sculpting, and getting lost in old films.
"Sculpting gives me a chance to explore my darker side, inspired by Brian Smith Art!"
And for Justine, the best things in life aren’t just found—they’re shared.
She finds joy in good company, good music, and good conversation. For her, that means time spent with Lee, Angel, and Kim—aka "The Charoteras."
"The word ‘charot’ is a slang term from the Filipino gay community—it means ‘just kidding,’ but it’s also about keeping things light, half-meant jokes, exaggerations, and truths wrapped in humor."
It’s the kind of friendship that makes even the simplest moments feel like something to celebrate.
