RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. At Urbody, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you aren’t satisfied with the product you chose, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
- Returns and exchanges for any item are accepted within 30 days after you receive your order if they are unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Underwear items; including thong, bikini brief, legging, boxer briefs and packing boxer briefs must be unworn in order to be eligible for return or exchange. We ask that you wear underwear when trying-on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- All other items; including bralette and compression top can be tried on without undergarments and are eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns are subject to an $8 fee that covers shipping and processing. Exchanges are free.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. You will be notified when your exchange or return is completed.
- All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All international shipments are final sale.

Domestic shipments are sent via USPS. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST, excluding major national holidays and weekends. Once processed, orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the services selected. All standard orders will be shipped USPS. We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100.
We offer a flat fee of $35 for all international orders and $25 for Canada. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges as well as all duties and taxes associated with the shipment. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped! Please allow 24-48 hours for the status of the shipment to update and correctly display on the UPS website.
