I'm a 34 C, got the XS and it brought me down to probably a B! Compressed optimally for a compression top (not binder)! Plus, I'm autistic with SPD and it even helped my anxiety from the nice comfortable squeeze it gave! It was my first compression top (I used to use a binder) but I will definitely be buying more from here! Extremely happy with it!

here is some context for my review: I am 5'3" and 220 pounds. I have a fairly large chest that is difficult to bind. Lately, I've been on the search for more soft binders. This one was very appealing because its made of cotton! I have used gc2b, and For Them binders. I enjoy a good middleground binder that doesn't squish me flat (gc2b), and gives me a more natural look. However, most binders are made of a sportsy, sweat slicking material that isn't always the most comfortable.
I will say, this binder is very soft and I love the material. I machine washed cold and air dried. when you first put it on, it does a great job at making my chest look a lot smaller and more masculine. throughout the day the fabric gives, and it gives faster than other binders.
On the spectrum of maximum compression binder (1) to sports bra (5), this is a solid 3.5.
If this is what you want, go for it! I assume like most binders, it might do more for a smaller person.
My LARGEST gripe, is the arm holes. the arm holes are very small and do dig into my pits a bit. If you have sensory issues than I'd advise not getting this binder. Thankfully, the fabric is so soft that its not very uncomfortable, just a little annoying.
Overall, this succeeds in being what I wanted, A binder that is comfortable enough to lounge in. I am a little disappointed in the binding capacity, but mostly upset at the arm holes thing. on a side note, I really love the high neck.

I was extremely intrigued by the prospect of a compression top that was being listed as safe to sleep in. Such a wonderful offering for folks who struggle to fall asleep due to dysphoria.
I don't often bind, as I tend to feel entirely detached from experiencing my body which at least has the perk of lessening the amount of dysphoria I feel. But I got this as a comfortable option that would still feel like I was experiencing compression, especially on days when I consider binding but would otherwise choose to breathe easier or avoid sweat getting the material to practically fuse to my body somehow.
This noticeably deemphazized the size of my chest by changing the way it was shaped, even while it wasn't necessarily much flatter overall--which at my size is the achievable goal. (For size reference, my bra size measure out to be on the cusp between a 38DDD and a 38G.)
This top is so soft! I have some sensory issues, so quality, smooth fabric is greatly appreciated. I wore it much longer than I tend to wear more constricting items (while still keeping under the typically suggested maximum duration of wear). Honestly, it is so comfortable I expect to end up wearing a compression much more often than I previously was feeling up for.

As a genderfluid person who works full-time in an active job and has sensory issues, this top is perfect. I have tried the compression top at another gender-affirming clothing shop before but it was very tight, scratchy, itchy, and the straps felt like they would fall off. This top is the exact opposite. It’s soft, cozy, the seams are sewn in so they don’t scratch, and while I’m very sensitive to my clothes when I sweat, this top doesn’t itch enough to set me off when I’m working outside. I’ve been wearing it non-stop for 3 days in a row, only taking it off for these photos or to shower!
It also flattens my chest okay enough. My bra size is 28DD and I was so glad this top fits because of my unique size. It takes me down to maybe a D or C cup? So I bet those with small chests could be almost entirely flat with this top! Anyways, while it’s not perfect it still helps with my dysphoria a bit. The photos show the difference! The left is without the top, the right is with it.
One day I wanna buy a binder but I’m just concerned about it causing my breasts to sag because 1. idk if I’ll ever be able to get top surgery so I may as well take care of them and 2. I’m genderfluid so I still have my femme days. So this top works perfectly for now.

the compression top alone doesn’t do very much, but under a shirt it’s quite good. i’m a B/C cup and it gave me a smaller chest that could conceivably be male under a shirt. i haven’t noticed any rib pain when i wear it all day or while exercising. overall, i recommend this binder if you are looking for something that is safe for exercise and longer wear and are okay with a bit less flattening than a traditional binder
